She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray V. Lail and Mildred Lambert Lail; and her husband Pete Bailey. She is survived by: her daughter Cassidy Bailey of Troutman; her grandson Colby Rivers of Troutman; and her sisters, Leslie Bost (Jim) of Statesville, Trudy Ellis (Freddie) of Caladonia, MS and Fonda Notch (Dan) of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Troutman Funeral Home in honor of Vickie.
