He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Scott Sells (Carolina) of Statesville and Marcus Paul Sells (Natasha) of Troutman; his grandchildren, Mia Sophia Sells of Statesville and Logan Scott Sells of Statesville; his sister Treva Lail (Dean) of Statesville; his niece Shannon L. Wooten (Max) of Advance, NC; and his nephew Derrick Lail (Courtney) of Statesville.
