She was predeceased by: her parents, Bristol Coles Barker and Flora Lee Harrington Barker; and her siblings, Carolyn and Jerry Ned Barker. She is survived by: her husband Stephen G. Herman; her sons, Benjamin B. Herman (Rachel) and Chadwick B. Herman; her granddaughter Briar E. Herman; her brother Hugh Coles Barker (Betty); her niece Cindy Cascaddon (Tony); her parents-in-law, Ruth Steele Herman and Duffy E. Herman; and also, Peneplope, Summer Wilson and Kolton Hensley.
