He is survived by: his significant other Rosie Miller; his son Joshua Bolton-Miller (Louisa); his grandchildren, Araina Bolton Miller and Jayce Bolton Miller; his siblings, Dean Sherrill Bolton (Maureen) of Lake Norman and Mary Lou Bolton of Troutman; his niece Sarah Bolton; his nephew Nick Bolton; his aunt Virginia Honeycutt; and his cousins, Worth Bolton and Bronwyn Bolton Dalton.
