She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Gentry; her brother JC Gentry; and her granddaughter Sherry Wood Krider. She is survived by: her husband James W Wood; her children, Jimmy Wood (Bertha) of Jefferson, Ronnie Wood (Kathy) of Mooresville and Katie Miller (Doug) of China Grove; and her caregivers, Tammy Carpenter and Jean Church. She is also survived by five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
