She was predeceased by: her parents, William Donley Miller and Perly Magnolia Shelton Miller; her siblings, Grace Proffit, Evaglee Winebarger, Charles, L. H. and Jeff Miller; and her siblings-in-law, Worth Winebarger, Odell Proffit and Verlee Miller.
She is survived by: her sister Lucy Eggers (Curtis) of Boone; her sister-in-law Diane Miller of Todd; and her aunt Geneva Shelton of Vilas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and Great nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions as mandated by the state of North Carolina, the services and visitation will be limited to 45 or less.
