She was predeceased by: her parent James Howard Levan; and her sister Debra Keller of Arkansas. She is survived by: her parent Carolyn Knox Bentley; her sons, Scott Brookshire (Brianna) of Taylorsville, Kevin Brookshire and Krista of Statesville; her grandchildren, Tucker, Kinsleigh and Preston; her mother-in-law Ora Lee Brookshire of Taylorsville; her sister-in-law Deloris Austin (Dale); and her siblings, Sherry Collins (Roger) of Morganton, Eddie Levan (Dana) of Nevada and Philip Wurz of Hickory.
