She was predeceased by: her husband Gary M. Teague; her siblings, Doris Shook Jolly, David Ray Shook and Clifford Leroy Shook; and her nephews, David Shook, Tony Shook and William Shook.
She is survived by: her daughter Robin Teague Lafon (Robert); her sister-in-law Sheila "Jody" Shook; and her nieces, Kathy Gilreath (Brad), Tammy Stewart (Tim) and April Shook (Ray). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
