She is survived by: her parent Lola Mae Earp Pennell; her sons, Charles "Chuck" Russell Baker of Taylorsville, James and Franklin Baker (Denise) of Newton; and her siblings, Betty Southard (Raymon) of Harmony and David "Jim" Pennell of Taylorsville.
