It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse James Hamby (Taylorsville, North Carolina), who passed away on February 23, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Meredith Greene Hamby. He is survived by: his son James Hamby (Audrey Maltba Hamby) of Taylorsville; his grandchildren, Shane Hamby, Jack Hamby and Jamie Hamby; and his great grandchildren, Destiny Trivette, Jordan Hamby, Ashley Hood and Ohanna Hood. He is also survived by four sisters, and a brother.
