He was predeceased by: his parent James Arlen Shook; and his daughter Jessi Palinski. He is survived by: his wife Judy Fox Shook; his mother Lynne Shook of Taylorsville; his daughters, Tammi Gales of Taylorsville, Courtney Sigmon (Eric) of Taylorsville and Ashley Bolch (Roc) of Claremont; his son-in-law David Palinski; and his brothers, Arlen Shook of Taylorsville and Terry Shook of Wilkesboro. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 1 Great-Grandchild.
