He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah David Lail and Mary Lou Starnes Lail. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jenkins Lail; his children, Julie Marklin (Will), Stella Perrin (John) and Joshua Lail (Mollie); his grandchildren, Luke Perrin, Johnson Marklin, Abi Perrin, Ben Marklin, Hannah Lail, Haley Lail, Tess Perrin, Sarah West Marklin, Lizzie Lail, Lawson Lail and Grant Lail; his sister Paulette Davis; his niece Brook Davis (Michael Huie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ian Davis Huie and Lucy Davis Huie.
