Watts (Taylorsville, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on June 13, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Watts; and her son Gene Watts. She is survived by: her children, Randy Watts of Tennessee, James Watts, Phyllis Julian and Teresa Duncan of Taylorsville; and her sister Joyce Neagle of Gastonia. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
