We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2018, at the age of 89, Donald Milstead (Taylorsville, North Carolina), born in Alexander, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Milstead and Lena Milstead; and his sister Jessie Rose Teague (Rosie). He is survived by: his wife Julia Laverne Milstead (Judy); his children, Donna Milstead Blackwelder (Davis) of Madison and Davie Milstead (Dave) of Greensboro, N. C.; and his granddaughters, Julie Blackwelder Holly (Mike) and Amy Blackwelder Hamilton (Matt).
