He is survived by: his wife Letitia Church Moose; his son Dustin Moose (Flora) of Taylorsville; his stepchildren, Blake, Robert and Brandon; his granddaughter Alexis Moose; his siblings, Sandy Kerley of Hiddenite, Carol McCurdy of Taylorsville, Beverly Sowers of Statesville, Gale Hoover of Taylorsville, Juel Chapman of Taylorsville and Bobby Moose of Taylorsville; and his brothers-in-law, Samuel Church, Andrew Church, John Church and Paul Church.
