He was predeceased by: his parent Butler Stephen; and his brothers, Johnny Jonas, Paul Jonas and Linnie Jonas. He is survived by: his parent Effie Bentley Jonas; his children, Cynthia Jonas Vincent (William Vincent) of Nashville, TN, Dwayne C. Jonas (Susan), Jonathon D. Jonas (Ann) and Gail Jonas of Hickory; his grandchildren, Ryan Tickle, Dylan Grizzard and Kinsey Jonas; his great grandchild Jacob Tickle; and his siblings, Melvin Jonas, Ruth Tyndall, Ann McDonald and Faye Jonas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
