He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Clara Edith Land; his brother Jerry Land (Carol) of Taylorsville; and his nieces and nephews, Cynthia Ferguson (David) of Stony Point, Sarah Starnes (Jeff) of Granite Falls, Bryan Land of Taylorsville, Mark Land (Stephanie) of Taylorsville, Stephenie Lail (Jackie) of Hickory and Crystal Thurman (Justin) of Lincolnton.
In lieu of flowers all memorials may be made to Poplar Springs Baptist Church general fund.
