He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rebecca Caroon and Flora Dell Winslow Caroon. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Caroon (Chelsey) of Odenton, MD and Joshua Caroon (Shelby) of Winterville, NC.; and his stepgranddaughter Lexi. He is also survived by family and friends.
