He was predeceased by: his mother Sylvia Everette Speight. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Drake Speight; his father Phillip Allen Speight; his sisters, Wanda Rose Speight Purington of Pottstown, PA and Sylvia Kay Speight of Dedham, Mass; his brother-in-law Dennis Drake; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
