He is survived by: his children, Erin Caldwell (Christian) of Huntersville and Richard Covington Lambeth, Jr. (Bethany) of Tarboro; his grandchildren, Wren Peters, Sadie Peters, Ben Lambeth, Emory Hare and Peyton Jarvis; and his siblings, James "Jim" Erwin Lambeth, III, Rod Lambeth and Kay Lambeth.
