We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023, at the age of 73, Karen Neal Proctor (Tarboro, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Neal and Gilberta Neal; and her siblings, Cheri Neal Twiss and Brent Neal. She is survived by: her husband Nelson Glenn Proctor of Temperance Hall, NC; her daughter Rebecca Huber (Brent); her grandchildren, Belle, Ellie and Anya; her son Jesse Proctor (Malorie); her grandchildren, Naomi, Rhea and Sam; her daughter Anna (Paul); and her grandsons, Giles and Sebastian.
