It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Marie Freuler (Tarboro, North Carolina), who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dan; her son Danny; her daughter-in-law Judy; her parents, Tommy and Maggie; and her sister-in-law Janice.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela, Sandra (Dennis) and Paula (Mike); her grandchildren, Melanie, Danielle (Jeff), Will, Elizabeth (Matthew), Anna Clay and Stewart; her great grandchildren, Brock (Bri), Jacob, Tate, Danica, Aubrey, Norah and Sterling; her namesake Hazel; and her brother Jerry. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, consider a donation to St. Jude Children's Hospital, a charity Hazel supported throughout her life.
