It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Esther Edmondson (Tarboro, North Carolina), born in Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend C. R. Etheridge and Pauline Taylor Etheridge; her daughter Vonda Summerlin; and her brother Dr. Richard Etheridge. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Edmondson, Jr.; her children, Dawn Roberts (Tim) of Raleigh and Tim Edmondson (Loralee) of Tarboro; her grandchildren, Jordan Summerlin, Corben Summerlin (Kelsey), Jennah Summerlin, Emily Rittenhouse (T. J.) and Camille Roberts; her son-in-law Lee Summerlin of Tarboro; and her siblings, Joyce Reale' of Long Island, N. Y., Judy Dixon of Robersonville, Tom Etheridge of Wilson and Harry Etheridge of Christiansburg.
