She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Morgan Smith; her siblings, Bernie, Eddie and Eleanor Lecroy; and her parents, Frances Cannon and B. P. Cannon, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Bill Hoard, Jr.; her siblings, Butch Cannon and Cheryl Butler; her children, Sandy Blackman (Anthony), Michael Hoard (Shelley), Bonnie Meyer and Judi Owens (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Brooks Smith (Stacey), Chuck Owens (Ashley), Paige Swanson (Ben), Amber Owens, Jesse Blackman (Jasmine), Addison Hoard, Ashton Owens, Kennedy Hoard and Alyssa Owens. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
