He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh McCae and Esther Thornton Bunn; his wife Earlene Whisenant Bunn; and his brothers, Hugh McCae Bunn Jr. and Elton Roy Bunn.
He is survived by: his daughter Kitty Wadsworth (Stephen) of Maple Hill, NC; his brothers, Robert Preston Bunn of Wilson, Jimmy Lee Bunn (Dorothy) of Wilson and John Albert Bunn (Kristy) of Nashville; and his close friend JoAnne Corbett of Stantonsburg.
