She was predeceased by: her son Daniel Whitley; and her parents, Robert Ellis and Erma Newton Ellis. She is survived by: her husband Dalton Price; her stepdaughter Candi Baza (Bruno) of Black Creek; her son Eric Jones (Ashley Pate Jones); her sister Brenda King (Dan) of Zebulon; her sister-in-law Dianne Brantley (Dennis); her nephew Derek Eatmon; her great-nieces, Marlow and Everly Eatmon; her close friends, Pamela Murphrey and Sissy Farmer; and her stepgrandchildren, Nathan Ellis, Peyton Ellis, Christian Baza and Carlos Baza.
