He is survived by: his parents, Clarence West and Berchie Goff West; his wife Hilda Wade Edmundson; his children, Debbie West Gay (Mike) of Walstonburg and Clark West (Donna) of Stantonsburg; his stepdaughter Nancy Edmundson Adams (Jerry) of Stantonsburg; his grandchildren, Mitch Gay (Elise) of Morehead City, Matt Gay (Lindsay) of Walstonburg and Mary Lindsay West of Raleigh; and his great grandchildren, Webb Gay, Adelaide Gay and Owens Gay.
