She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hugh Koch and Ann Koch; her children, David G. Stout, Jr. (Shannon), John R. Stout (JoAnn) and Debby Mitchell; and her sister Clarissa. She was also cherished by her seven grandchildren and their spouses, her thirteen great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
