She is survived by: her husband Floyd Warren; her daughter Shirley Teresa Wise of Spruce Pine; her grandchildren, William Earl Wise (Kelsey) and Echo Marie Parker (Nick); her great grandchildren, Khloe Parker and Haylee Wise; her siblings, Patsy Ruth Adams of Lenoir and Daniel O'Dean Widner of Lenoir; and her sister-in-law Faith Warren of Hanging Rock.
