She is survived by: her husband Mike Hise of Spruce Pine; her children, Candy Grindstaff (Steve), Marquita Gurley (Keven) and Bill Tipton (Brandy); her grandchildren, Meagan, Haley, Caleb, Keagan, Kelbi and Josh; and her siblings, Linda Carver and Mike Street. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
