She is survived by: her son Randall Howell; her siblings, Everett, Ray, Johnny Collis, Marie Glenn and Edith Pitman; her sons, Galen Howell (Wendy) of Parks, AZ and Keith Howell (Jill) of Spruce Pine; her grandchildren, Buck, Brad, Jessica, Caleb, Quinn, Alex, Jesse, Lauren, Brittany and Amanda; and her sister Doris Pitman of Mount Holly, NC..
