He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Couch Burnette and Margie Hollifield Burnette; and his brothers, L. C. and Robert Ray Burnette. He is survived by: his wife Danna Miller Burnette; and his daughters, Lisa Burnette Jones of Bluffton, SC, Amelia Rae Burnette of Huntersville, NC and Savannah L. Jones of Bluffton, SC.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
