She is survived by: her son Jeremey Ollis; her husband Wayne Ollis; her daughter Donna Henline Patterson of Boone; her sister Kathy Hoilman (Larry Joe) of Bakersville; her grandchildren, Amber, Christa and Josh; and her niece Misty Bates.
