She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Cooper; her children, Timothy Clay Fox and Lisa Fox; her brothers, Earl Thomas and Rex Thomas; her grandson Tucker David Jones; her sisters, Peggy Blevins of Spruce Pine, Flora Burleson of Micaville, Opal Burleson of Marion and Pearl Foster of California; her sister-in-law Susan Cooper Ray of Newdale; and her pet Corky.
