She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Autrey and Mary Stamey Autrey; and her husband William J. Cook. She is survived by: her children, James Cook (Carolyn) of Spruce Pine and Betty Pendley (Bobby) of Spruce Pine. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; and ten great great grandchildren.
