He is survived by: his wife Sandy Long; his children, Adam Long (Jessica) of Newland and Cassie Forbes (Mark) of Pineola; his grandchildren, Ryder, Taylor and Lilli; his siblings, Mike Long (Jeanine) of Spruce Pine, Linda Stafford (Ricky) of Newland, Patti Rhyne of Newland and Jerry Troxler of Newland; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Long of Spruce Pine, Lynn Long of Spruce Pine, Susan Long of Newland, Larry Rhyne of Newland and Gene Wiseman of Newland.
