It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Howard Young (Spruce Pine, North Carolina), born in Bakersville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 12, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Dallas, Carlos, Glenn and Scott Young. He is survived by: his wife Marietta; his sons, Randy (Susan) of Lancaster, SC and Tom (Kelly) of Matthews, NC; and his nephew Ed Young (Dee) of Spruce Pine. He is also survived by three granddaughters, three step granddaughters, and six step great grandchildren.
