It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Gayle Rohr (Spruce Pine, North Carolina), who passed away on May 22, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Buchanan and Anna Duncan Buchanan; her husband Frankie Rohr; and her sister Francis Buchanan. She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Rohr Phillips (James); her grandchildren, Cole Phillips, Cassi Phillips and Grant Phillips; and also, Christy Rash (Paul), Renee Duncan, Tonya, Josh Capps, Francesca, Marshall Huffman and Devin Teague.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to the Elizabeth Gayle Rohr Memorial Fund at State Employees Credit Union. Donations will be given to Hospice and Duke Anatomical gifts, per the request of Elizabeth Gayle Rohr.
