He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Pendley and Lorainne Huskins Gilbert; and his brothers, Larry, Joey and Billy Pendley.

He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Pendley, Tammy Totemeier (Jim) and Steve Pendley; his close friend Dr. Bouger Aldridge; and his pet Junior.
