Bill Laws Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2020, at the age of 72, Bill Laws (Spruce Pine, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Laws and Louise Vance Laws; his son William McCoy Laws, Jr.; and his sister Gloria Garnett Laws. He is survived by: his wife Derenda McClellan Laws; his children, C. L. Laws (Tracey) of Spruce Pine, Mike Laws (Leisa) of Newland and Teresa Washburn (Cleve) of Barnardsville; his grandchildren, Brittany Bundiff (Andrew), Brandy Laws, Emily Langford (Austin), Zachary Laws, Katie Chandler (Noah), Ciara Laws and Braydon Hannon; his great grandchild Ellison Langford; and his siblings, John of Newland, Ernest of Newland, Arnold of Newland, Dale Laws of Newland and Annette Franklin of Newland.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to: Fireman's Association.
