He is survived by: his wife Betsey L. Wooten; his sons, Cornelius Wooten III and Spencer Wooten; his grandchildren, Alana Wooten Williams (Aamari), Ashley T. Wooten and Spencer Wooten, Jr.; his siblings, Priscilla Freeman (Kenneth) and Chester L. Wooten; and his sister-in-law Delsorie Wooten. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
