He was predeceased by: his father Dayton William Holder, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Pam Wade Holder; his mother Betty Lou Horton Holder; his children, Travis Holder (Megan), Courtney Holder (Charles Leslie) and Hannah Holder; his sister Kathy Langham (Mike); his grandchildren, Dylan Leslie, Chase Holder and Ellie Holder; his niece Summer Martindale; his nephew Dustin Langham; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by four great-nieces and nephews.
