He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Leonard Dotson and June Allen Dotson; and his brothers, Steve, Gary, Freddie, Ronnie Dotson, Andy and Merrett.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Kimberly Guffey; his children, Beth, Lee, Nickolas and Tabitha Dotson; his siblings, Becky Martinez and John (Cathy); his sister-in-law Kay; and his aunt Jean. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
