He was predeceased by: his father William R. Owen; and his son Jeffrey Owen. He is survived by: his wife Lois Ann Owen; his daughters, Amy Owen and Debra Owen Kwiatt; his grandchildren, Jaclyn Kwiatt, Stephanie Kwiatt and John Kwiatt; and his brother William Robert Owen (Betty Jo).
