She was predeceased by: her siblings, Lonnie Benford Laviner, Horace Laviner, Esther Laviner Ace and Doris Laviner Moser; her parents, Lonnie Edward Laviner and Minnie Rae Laviner; and her husband Richard Windly "Captain" Rhue.
She is survived by: her son District Court; her granddaughter Vivienne Grace Rhue of Wagram, NC; and her brother Billy Gene Laviner of Lillington, NC..
