He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Bryant Sugg and Louise Fisher Sugg; his wife Annette Barrow Sugg; his children, Lisa Sugg Gay of Walnut Creek and William Earl "Rusty" Sugg, Jr. (Jenny) of Snow Hill; his grandchildren, Ty "Aubrey" Gay, Jr. (Michele) of LaGrange and Andrew "Blake" Gay of Walnut Creek; his great grandchild Maebrey Anna Gay; and his sisters, Marjorie Sugg Jones of Snow Hill, Elizabeth Sugg Hunt of Wilkesboro and Jean Sugg of New Bern.
