He is survived by: his wife Letha Mae Penny; his children, Julius "Ray" Humphrey (Debbie), Michael Humphrey (Christine), Steven Humphrey (Brittney) and Lorri Brim (James); his brothers, Marshall Ward Humphrey (Loretta) and Morris Lee Humphrey (Edith); his grandson Julius Ray "J. R."; and his great grandchildren, Aria Humphrey, Ava Rae Humphrey, Michaela Starling, Jackson Starling and Brantley Starling. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
