It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judy B. Mooring (Snow Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on November 1, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Paul and Fannie Fields Blomberg; her husband Charlie B. Mooring Jr.; and her siblings, Grace Frazier and Harold Lloyd Blomberg.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin P. Mooring of Snow Hill, Charles B. Mooring of Snow Hill and Nedra Culp.
