She is survived by: her husband Leon Butts; her son Eddie Butts (Sheri Reams) of Ayden; and her sisters, Linda Phillips Gray-Stroud (Ronnie) of Newport and Carolyn Kay Phillips Kenner (Kevin) of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
