He was predeceased by: his brother Nelson Chavez Hernandez. He is survived by: his parents, Maurico Chavez and Juana Hernandez; his wife Angela Hernandez; his children, Alberto Cedillos of New York, Jeffrey Massey of Virginia, Lindsey Wooten (Jeremy) of Pikeville and Heather Bryant (Chris) of Goldsboro; his sisters, Eva Hernandez of El Salvador and Heidi Montano of Texas; and his grandchildren, Arianna Bryant, London Bryant, Jaxon Wooten and Alberto Cedillos Jr.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
